The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments last November about whether President Trump exceeded his executive authority by imposing what some are calling “sweeping, worldwide tariffs” in Learning Resources Inc. v. Trump. While we wait for the high court to render a decision, John Yoo, a University of California, Berkeley, law professor and visiting scholar at the University of Texas at Austin, joins Jack Fowler to predict how the court will rule on this, as well as many other high-profile cases, in the coming months.
